The aim of the game is to pass the ball down the court to score in the other team’s goal post.
Games are usually 60 minutes consisting of four 15 minutes quarters.
Players cannot move with the ball and must not take more than one step before passing it.
Players must pass the ball within 3 seconds of receiving it.
When a goal is scored or at the start of play (including after quarter time), play restarts with alternating centre passes.
